Mirai Labs

Mirai's Qwen3.8-27B Large Quantization

A lossless 8-bit quantization of Qwen3.8-27B prepared for efficient local inference on Apple silicon. Mirai Large uses symmetric integer quantization with bfloat16 scales and group size 64. Block-diagonal Random Hadamard Transforms reduce activation and weight outliers, and the checkpoint is prepared with post-training quantization. The model card reports no discernible difference from full precision.
